Do the senior members help the younger members during their period of formation? Are they understood and listened to with real interest and attention? What would the younger members suggest in order to improve the apostolic working atmosphere?

Yes, the senior members always help us and listen to our idea.
I think praying is the most powerful way to improve the apostolic working atmosphere since we believe that God bring us together and invite us to share his work.
Yes our sneior help us. It is important to pray, read our bibles and read vincentation literature that help guide us in our work
the senior members do not really help the young because it appears as if they do not have the understanding of the society and how it works. Some young members listen to the elderly while others have deviant behaviour.I think more training is indispensable. To improve on the apostolic work;youths employment, carol sining, drama, youth clubs etc.
As I said earlier during the period of formation they help us but in most of the cases they really do not understand us. The senior members sometimes show real interest to listen to us and get along with our ideas but final outcome is almost the same in most of the cases. As queenbee has said the answer lies in the Holy Scriptures.
Yes, the senior members do help the younger members in their formation. and guide the youth in their Vincentian works of mercy. As said earlier most of them feel that there are times that their opinions are not taken seriously that problem normally would get solved once the seniors impose trust on the youths after observing their dedication towards Christ and society.
Team building exercises and professional approach would definitely work to certain extent.
Yes, Senior members are opened to listening and are very active in the formation process hwich they themselves hold very dear to their hearts. However, they need to be more opened to change and creative ways of doing thngs. They need to allow the young people to contribute in the real way nd act as a guide and not say or do things to iscourage and demotivate young members.
What can be suggestd is that like organsations, certain professional training, e.g. teambuilding, mentorship, leadership and group dynamics programmes can be implemented in order to overcome the gap and misunderstandings. The fact is - we need to co-exist and function together for th egood of the poor. We all have the same goal.
