Yes, we think that we are equally important in the conference and brotherly friendship alwyays dominates our relationships.
The answer is no due to increasing poverty that discourage most members,so they need allot of motivation in all wise.

Yes. Almost all conferences and their members do maintain a brotherly relationship towards each other and for many it is like an extension of their family this is one of the main strength of the society with which it is moving ahead.
